1. Who we are

Athlete Futures Abroad ("AFA", "we", "us") operates this platform to help student-athletes explore graduate study and competition opportunities with partner universities overseas.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your profile up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Access to some features is restricted to verified university coaches and staff.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent your identity or achievements, contact other users for purposes unrelated to graduate recruitment, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Recruitment decisions

AFA facilitates introductions between athletes and universities. We are not the decision-maker on admissions, scholarships or roster spots - those decisions are made solely by the relevant university.

5. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, videos, results and profile information). You grant us a limited licence to display it to verified coaches and, where you make your profile visible, to partner universities for the purposes of recruitment.

6. Termination

You can close your account or hide your profile at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
