As a Performance Sport athlete, you’ll have access to a high-performance gym, regular training with experienced coaches, and a full range of strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and personalised training services. Academic support is also available to help you manage your dual commitments to sport and study.

Undergraduate courses (Bachelor’s degree)
You can apply to study a Bachelor’s degree from year one if you hold a High School Graduation Diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, plus at least ONE of the following:
• SAT Reasoning tests, with a combined score between 1200 and 1300
• American College Tests, with a combined score between 24 and 26.
• Advanced Placement tests, 2 or 3 tests with a score between 3 and 5 in each test.
Postgraduate courses (Master’s degree)
You will need to have successfully completed a US Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in a relevant subject to be considered for a taught postgraduate degree at BU. More details here.
We offer undergraduate and postgraduate Academic Scholarships of up to £4,500 and Sports Scholarships of up to £5,000 for eligible students and athletes.
